Primero habla de cómo se cura el xi:yo:t, una mancha que nace en la piel de los niños y adultos. Nace en cualquier parte del cuerpo ya sea la espalda o la cara. Para eliminar el xi:yo:t se rasca. Luego se restriegan una hierbas con las manos y eso se le pone sobre los xi:yo:t por dos días. Así se cura. En esta plactica sólo menciona como se usa la hierba pero no menciona el nombre de la planta. También habla de cómo curar el empacho en los niños. Primero se envuelve el teposihya:k (Ocimum carnosum (Spreng.) Link & Otto ex Benth.) con hojas de kiltsompech, (Millán Diego usa la palabra kiltsompech para lo que otros llaman piltsompech), hoja santa (también conocida como a:ko:kohxiwit, Critonia morifolia (Miller) R.M. King & H. Rob.) y hojas de xa:lkowit (prob. el ti:ltik xa:lkowit, Piper amalago L. aunque algunos dicen que el xa:lkowit común, Piper aduncum L., es remedio). Luego se meten estas hojas a las brasas para asarlas y después se le ponen sobre la barriga del enfermo. Así se cura del empacho. En esta misma grabación también habla de cómo curar la disentería. Se hierven unas hojas de okma (Vernonanthura patens (Kunth In HBK) H.Rob. ) y hojas de guayaba (Psidium guajava L.) y ese té se lo toma el enfermo y así se cura. Finalmente habla de otra hierba que le llama chapolistit (Verbena litoralis Kunth).
