O. Williams), una planta comestible que crece como trepadora en las orillas de caminos y en los cafetales. Las hojas de esta planta se comen con frijoles hervidos. Primero pone a hervir los frijoles y luego se agrega las hojas del soyokilit, que tienen que estar bien lavadas, para que hiervan juntos. Se remueve la comida con un batidor de madera para nixtamal (tahmolo). Cuando ya está bien hervido se le agrega un poco de masa fina para darle más sabor. Comenta que también se le puede agregar xokoyo:lin esquinado (Arthrostemma ciliatum Pav. ex D. Don) y guías tiernas de calabaza. Ella solamente sabe prepararlo de esta manera ya que así le había enseñado su mamá. En la misma grabación habla luego del witskilit (Sechium edule (Jacq.) Sw.) cuyas puntas se cortan para prepararlas con ajonjolí. Salen muy sabrosas agregándoles chile molido. También se puede comer hervido sin condimento. Menciona que no se debe de hervir con los zarcillos para evitar algún accidente al ser ingeridos. Después habla del te:kwa:nenepi:l (Peperomia maculosa (L.) Hook.), una hierba que crece sobre las piedras o bien en las superficies de los troncos. El te:kwa:nenepi:l Esta planta se muele junto con unos chiles verdes y se le agrega a los frijoles negros cuando ya están hirviendo. Otro quelite que menciona es el ayohkilit (guía de calabaza) cuyas puntas tiernas se comen hervidas sin ajonjolí ni en guisados. Menciona el pachkilit (Stellaria prostrata Baldwin ex Elliott (or Stellaria cuspidata Willd. ex Schlecht. subsp. prostrata (Baldwin ex Elliott) J.K. Morton), una planta rastrera y comestible que se puede comer hervida o bien cruda con tortillas. Finalmente habla del kalawa:sahkilit, puntas tiernas del alverjón (Vicia spp.).
