You can see the number of visits and hits in daily, weekly, or monthly summaries. To view Web site usage information, use FrontPage 2002's Reports feature.</p> <p>You can use the <b>Site Administration</b> pages to specify how long usage information is kept, whether it is processed in full-day increments, and which administrators (if any) will be notified after usage information has been processed. </p> </DIV> </DIV> <ol> <li>On the <b>Site Administration</b> page, under <b>Configure Usage Analysis Settings</b>, click <b>Change usage analysis settings</b>.</li> <li>In the <b>Additional Usage Analysis Settings</b> area, do any of the following: <ul> <li>If you want to retain usage data for a certain number of months only, click <b>Automatically delete stored usage data after</b>, and then enter the number of months that you want usage data saved.</li> <li>If you want the information processed in 24-hour increments, click <b>Process log file data for full days only</b> .</li> <li>If you would like one or more administrators to receive e-mail notification when usage analysis has completed, enter the administrator e-mail address(es) in the space provided.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Click <b>Submit</b>.</li> </ol> <P><b>Notes</b></P> <ul> <li>Logging some usage information requires changes to the server software settings. See your site administrator or ISP for information on what types of usage information logging are enabled.</li> <li>If you don't see the <b>Change usage analysis settings</b> option, you are probably in a <a href="fpaGloss.htm#subweb" class="glossterm">subweb</a> and need to navigate to the top-level Web site of your server or <a href="fpaGloss.htm#virtualserver" class="glossterm">virtual server</a>.
