<p>If a user forgets or loses his 
or her password, you can assign a new password
by using the <b> Reset User Password</b> administration page. </p>
<ol>
  <li>On 
    the <b> Server</b> <b> Administration</b> page, click <b>Reset user password</b>.</li>
  <li>In the <b>Virtual server</b> box, select the <a href="wsgGloss.htm#virtualserver" class="glossterm"> virtual server</a> that the user
    belongs to.</li>
  <li>In the <b>Web name</b> box, type the name of the Web site that the user is a
    member of.</li>
  <li>In the <b>User name</b> box, type the user's account name.</li>
  <li>In the <b>New password</b> box, type a new password for the user.</li>
  <li>In the <b>Confirm new password</b> box, type the new password again.</li>
  <li>Click <b>Submit</b>.</li>
